Caroline and Win’s wedding was a beautiful celebration filled with personal touches, sentimental family moments, and beautiful details. As a Westwood Country Club wedding photographer, capturing this special day was such a special treat!
We first met Caroline at Callie and Jack’s wedding in 2022, where Caroline was the maid of honor. It’s always such a treat to see our L+L Couples again, and that was definitely the case here too, especially since we got to see Callie step into the role of Caroline’s MOH alongside Caroline’s sisters!
Sentimental History
The couple’s wedding ceremony took place at the historic Good Shepherd Church in Tarrytown. This location holds deep significance for Win’s family, as three generations have married there. Win proposed to Caroline at the church’s old, historical chapel, making the venue even more special for their big day!
One of our favorite aspects of the wedding day was that Caroline and her bridesmaids got ready at her childhood home in Tarrytown, just a few minutes away from Good Shepherd Church. Getting ready at home added a personal and nostalgic touch to the start of their wedding day. They had their hair and makeup done downstairs in the foyer, and we went upstairs to Caroline’s childhood bedroom to capture her bridal details. The whole thing gave me Father of the Bride (the movie) vibes, and I loved it!
A Timeless Reception and a Grand Getaway
The reception was held at Westwood Country Club, a beloved location for both families. As a Westwood Country Club wedding photographer, I can attest to the charm and elegance this venue brings to any celebration. We took photos of Win and his groomsmen on the dock before the ceremony, capturing the camaraderie and excitement of the day.
Later, during cocktail hour, a particularly special moment came when we got to recreate a photo from Caroline’s sister’s wedding, which was also at Westwood Country Club. Caroline’s sister and her father posed for a photo in the rock room that became a favorite from that gallery, so we got to recreate it with Caroline and her father. It’s generational moments like this that keep us so drawn to weddings!
For their grand exit, Caroline and Win had a Rolls-Royce as their getaway car, adding a touch of luxury and elegance to their departure. It was such an amazing way to conclude their wedding celebration!

West Bank Flower Market created breathtaking floral arrangements for the wedding. One of the standout features was the large, beautiful floral arch at the entrance of the reception area at Westwood Country Club. It was a highlight of the wedding day and left a lasting impression on all the guests.
The reception was filled with energy and excitement, thanks to Matchmaker Band from Moontower Entertainment. They kept everyone dancing and celebrating throughout the night, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
