We are so thrilled to share that Jodi + Trent’s beautiful, intimate wedding at Hyatt Lost Pines Resort & Spa has been featured on Carats & Cake! This wedding was one of our favorites of 2021 not just because Jodi and Trent are such delightful people and not just because Lost Pines is a dream venue for any wedding, but because this was our first wedding back after becoming parents just a few weeks before. Such a special day!

To have a wedding from Hyatt Lost Pines featured is are so special because this venue is just out of this world. Tucked into the Lost Pines region just 20-ish minutes outside of Austin, Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is an award-winning resort that boasts a full service spa, 18-hole golf course, award-winning restaurants & catering services, pristine event and meeting spaces, and over 490 guest rooms.

Jodi + Trent

The mind at work behind the incredibly successful ETC Coordinators, Jodi possesses everything you need in a dream day-of coordinator: she is a kind and warm people-person, with the sharp, detail-oriented mind that made this wedding the beautiful event that it ultimately became! 

The day started with Trent and his crew playing 18 holes of golf at WolfDancer Golf Club while Jodi + her entourage enjoyed some sunrise yoga courtesy of ATX Yoga Girl at Spa Django. Jodi + Trent had surely designed an intentional and curated experience for their wedding guests, and it certainly showed! 

An Intimate Lost Pines Wedding

Jodi + Trent recited their vows in front of friends and family, and there was likely not a dry eye in the place. One line from Trent’s vows has really stuck with us. He said, “I love how your smile and laugh add not just days to my life, but years.” Wow.

Upon the completion of the ceremony, John Prather led us on a music-fueled, leisurely stroll across the Hyatt grounds, complete with cocktail coupes and the congratulatory cheers of onlookers and hotel guests. It was the closest thing to a wedding day parade we’ve seen and we loved it!
