Greenhouse at Driftwood wedding days are elegant, timeless and absolutely gorgeous so of course when it came time to plan my baby sister’s bridal session, the Greenhouse was an easy choice!

Alexa married her best friend, Auston, this past December at Mae’s Ridge in Dripping Springs. Lee officiated the ceremony and I was Alexa’s Maid of Honor, and it was so fun and interesting to be on the other side of the camera at a wedding. We LOVE photographing weddings, of course, but it was fun to celebrate with family and loved ones, and to get to dance at the reception!

About a month before Alexa walked down the aisle, we met up with her and my mom at the Greenhouse at Driftwood for her bridal session. Named one of the 33 best wedding venues in the world by Harper’s Bazaar, this delightful hill country venue has been in the same family for three generations!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with the Greenhouse team, and coordinating everything in advance of the session was simple, easy and efficient. They were extremely accommodating and friendly too! ​​​​​​​​

Alexa’s florist, Courtney Zuber of Coneflower Designs, did a phenomenal job designing her bridal bouquet . We just love the terracotta colors!
