Mount Bonnell engagement sessions are always beautiful but ESPECIALLY at sunrise! The sun peaks over the top of the “mountain” (Colorado folks probably laugh out loud at us Austinites calling Mount Bonnell a mountain) and everything in the gorgeous view is bathed in a beautiful sunrise glow, including the happy couple!
Meet Amanda + Russ! These two made the drive to Austin from Montgomery, TX for a walkthrough at their wedding venue and decided to make a whole weekend out of it! When we talked to them about potential locations for their engagement session, Amanda said they wanted a place that showed off the rocky terrain and hills of the hill country, and we instantly knew Mount Bonnell was the perfect fit!
We met them at sunrise and honestly just had such a fun time during their session, as you can probably tell by all the laughing photos in this one! Amanda + Russ are getting married at Star Hill Ranch this October, and if their engagement session is any sort of preview, it will be a day filled with lots of love and laughter. We can’t wait!
