Have you ever met someone and just instantly clicked? Almost as if you’d already been friends for years?

That’s how we felt when we met Natalie and Patrick at Bull Creek District Park for their engagement session! Technically, we’d met Natalie once before – she was a bridesmaid at the wedding of another L+L couple, Emily + Michael, back in January of 2020. (Quick side note) We love you, Emily + Michael! Congrats on the new little addition to your family!

Anyway, even though we’d met Natalie once before, this session was the first time we really had a chance to spend time together in person, and we were so impressed with both her and Patrick! Nat + Pat (as we like to call them) arrived to the session with big smiles and great attitudes, despite the fact it was almost 100 degrees outside, AND Natalie (who is a teacher) had been up since 4:30 AM prepping her virtual lesson plans for her students. Natalie, you are a rockstar educator!

Also, can we please talk about how on point their outfits were? They killed it. Honestly, these two were so much fun to photograph. They are adorably playful and sweet together, filling the frame with big laughs, cute glances and all the butterfly type of love you get giddy capturing as a photographer. Their joy at being engaged and their excitement for the session were palpable.

Natalie + Patrick are getting married at the TWFC Mansion in June of 2021, and we can’t wait! Thank you, Nat + Pat, for inviting us to take part in your wedding celebration, and we are so excited for this new chapter of your lives!
